No. The tools talk to HighLevel's API using a Private Integration Token you create in the sub-account's settings. Nothing is installed in your account and nothing changes in your sub-account's UI.
Tokens are encrypted at rest and only ever decrypted server-side to make the API call you asked for. They're never sent to your browser after you paste them, and you can revoke one from HighLevel at any time.
